Cruise Hawaii
Hawaii is known as one of the world's greatest vacation destinations and
every year people from all around the world travel to Hawaii. The vast majority
of tourists fly into Hawaii and take the local airlines to island-hop when
visiting more than one of the Hawaiian islands. But for those travelers who are
not in a rush, there is another way to tour the islands. You can cruise Hawaii
and see the six major islands that make up the brunt of this magnificent and
remote areas covered by cruises to Hawaii.
On a cruise, Hawaii beauty and variations can be sampled on each of the four
islands visited. Why spend all of your Hawaii vacation package on only one
island? If you have a week in Hawaii, make a point of seeing all four islands.
Take the opportunity to unwind or gear up for some incredible Hawaiian
adventures outdoors. Cruise Hawaii and you get a chance to take it all in. The
majority of Hawaii cruises take travelers to Kauai, Oahu, Maui, and the big
island of Hawaii. All of the Hawaiian islands have unique tourists sights and
character, but when you cruise Hawaii you get a sense of how remote each island
is from the others. It's a long way by canoe!
Kauai Hawaii
The smallest island, and furthest from the Big Island Hawaii, is Kauai
Hawaii. It is so small you can travel from Waimea Canyon to the shore and
through the dense landscape in a one-day tour. Kauai is very famous for the
unique island makeup. It is called the 'Garden Island' because it has a large variety of wildlife and
incredible surroundings, but there is a rich local culture present as well.
Kauai Hawaii activities include sports like kayaking, bicycling, and tubing;
natural ecology exploration tours and other nature based activities like
off-road touring. Dinner cruises are another option. Hawaii airplane tours of
Kauai are also available. By the way, Kauai has been used often in Hollywood
movies when a natural wildlife representation of Hawaii is desired.
Oahu Hawaii
You'll get the opportunity to visit Oahu Hawaii, which is the second-largest island in the Hawaiian archipelago.
Oahu is known as the dominant island and is targeted for special gatherings.
This a great place to visit in your Hawaiian cruise.
Because Honolulu has been the capital for almost two hundred years, Oahu is
known as the central island. Here you will find the world famous Waikiki beach.
Oahu Hawaii is the most developed of the Hawaiian island chain. As well as
having most of the comfortable amenities mainland visitors desire, ambitious
travelers can also skydive or go snorkeling, just the same as on any of the other islands.
Oahu is the home of Pearl Harbor base and museum. Note-worthy exhibits
discuss events that lead up to the United States involvement in WWII. The Polynesian Cultural Center has many
interpretive exhibits about the Hawaiian people before the colonial period. Here
you get a sense of Hawaii’s past as a powerful kingdom and empire.
Hawaii Maui
Hawaii Maui is an outdoor lover's paradise. Here you can paddle a kayak, or
take a scenic ride on a bicycle or ATV, and tour the island by yourself.
On Maui, you can parasail all afternoon, hit the beach for a quick swim and
then go to a genuine luau for dinner.
Some of the finest beaches are found in Hawaii Maui. The summit of the
Haleakala volcano is a truly necessary sightseeing adventure. There is nothing
else like it.
The Big Island Hawaii
Finally you can tour the Big Island Hawaii, which is the largest among these
four islands in the Hawaiian archipelago. It has more land mass than the other three islands
combined, which means there are going to be plenty of things to do.
Unique to the Big Island Hawaii is the Hawaii Volcanoes National Park. Of
course if volcanoes are not your favorite sight, the Big Island Hawaii also has
many of the same activities found on the other three Hawaiian islands. You can
take ecology tours, day trips cruise Hawaii, and surfing is another activity
common to all the Hawaiian islands.
No matter where you cruise Hawaii, from Kauai Hawaii, Oahu Hawaii, to Hawaii
Maui or the Big Island Hawaii, you are not likely to run out of cool and unique
things to do or see.
